In 2024, at least 68 known treaty-based investor-State dispute settlement (ISDS) cases were initiated. Most investment arbitrations were brought under international investment agreements (IIAs) signed in the 1990s or earlier. Webbto deepen the understanding of these issues. Furthermore, UNCTAD has created an e-learning course on the implementation of core SDG indicators for sustainability reporting by companies that allows interested stakeholders to follow the training in a self-paced manner in English, French or Spanish.
