WitrynaI actually gained about 5 pounds and stayed there for three months after starting OTF. Then I started losing and dropped about 8 pounds below my starting weight (142 lbs). No real change to diet, but definitely gained a lot of muscle throughout. I’ve gained 10lbs since starting OTF 2 1/2 years ago.
